Enchantments and Mishaps

The second session opened on a rainy morning. Guantanamo successfully enchanted the ship’s sails, allowing them to catch the wind more effectively. Frösted attempted to dilute another invisibility potion but discovered damage to his alchemical kit, realizing that his glassware had been subject to magical interference, likely a temporary enchantment. This incident led to a brief argument between Frösted and Guantanamo.

The Captain’s Secret

The party noticed that the glyphs under Captain Lahar’s eyes were smoking. The captain claimed these runes were expensive enhancements meant to help him see great distances to avoid cargo ships.

A Change in Course

As a storm approached, the ship’s captain, Lahar, asked the party if he should divert the vessel to an archipelago known as the Paerāndas to seek shelter, or sail to Epēshu as quickly as possible. The party elected to go to the islands, fearing that the storm would overtake them before they reached land.
