Pahīn is Aderyn’s contact in the city of Epēshu. In service of the Ninth House, he met with Aderyn at the Black Barghest Inn. From there he guided the party to an abandoned villa within the inner city, suggesting they use it as a makeshift safehouse.1
The next day, he told the party that his sending stone had stopped working, and that he thought something might be interfering with blood glyphs in the city. The party then told him of the Return of the Kembar party, which stunned him into silence. After, Pahīn explained that there were strange disappearances in the city. He then went into detail on the city’s political situation, and suggested possible leads that the party could follow up on to investigate the interference of blood glyphs.2
Pahīn then declared the Ninth House had to be informed about the Kembar’s return. The party suggested he leave the city to find his superiors and tell them in person, an idea to which he reluctantly agreed.
Following their conversation, Pahīn left the party to prepare for his departure.
