The Gutter-Kings was a title given to the five Patermāgors who presided over the Gutter Wars between the Patrin Empire and the House of Regimen, starting with Nen-Hāspis:
- Nen-Hāspis (824 – 828)
- Palagon II (828 – 836)
- Palagon III (836 – 842)
- Kamīdo (842 – 875)
- Relkorīn (875 – 910)
The Gutter-Kings invested and lost much of the strength and best blood of Patrinor in this time. It took many years for the Empire to recover.
