Penthelon is the greatest city of the Umbadic Empire. It was originally founded by the Lake-Elves, though the Patrin conquered it long ago. Located on the northern shore of the Five Fingers, the city is rarely troubled by storms, famine, or drought, and its waters are rich with fish.
