The Winehall, also known as Pherūkhar (P), is the Allhammers’ base of operations. It is located in Summarch beside the banks of the Stony River.
The building is a longhouse containing two floors: one at the ground level and one below. The first floor is a single, large room, containing hearths, roasting spits, and tables for feasting. All public counsels and elections are held within it.
The basement floor has sleeping quarters for any resting or visiting Allhammers, a kitchen with chimneys leading above ground, an armory, and an extensive wine cellar.
