The Hedge Mage finds more insight beneath an oak’s shade than in any library or house of the Elder Children. Theirs is a green strength. They know which root eases fever, which waters are pure, and how to coax lore out of moss and moonlight. Villagers speak their names fondly, for these travelers bind wounds, bless fields, and offer sage counsel freely. And in their presence, hopes (and sometimes blights, for not all Hedge Mages are good at heart) take root—just as surely as any seed in fertile earth.
